The Product

Veberro is a chocolate brand produced for industrial manufacturing and professional use. Its products are made with cocoa butter and entirely from cocoa products; in the brand’s own words, Veberro is “the chocolate of the manufacturer and the user”.

Veberro chocolate is made for manufacturers of chocolate products, confectionery, baked goods, ice cream and powdered beverages, and for out-of-home consumption. Veberro has its own website at veberro.com.tr.

How It Differs from Veracoa Super Compound

Sagrosa Food produces under two brands, and the two brands belong to different product categories. Veberro is chocolate made with cocoa butter. Veracoa Super Compound is a super compound chocolate based on vegetable fat instead of cocoa butter; it needs no tempering, and is melted and applied directly.

Chocolate made with cocoa butter requires tempering in use, because of the way cocoa butter crystallizes. The choice depends on the taste expected of the product, the label information and the way the production line works.
